TECHNOLOGICAL FACILITIES
Production and distribution of vapour, hot and superheated water, diathermic oil, refrigerated water, cooling tower water, compressed air. We also construct hydraulic systems, fire prevention systems, high-efficiency heating systems, and carry out mechanical and electrical maintenance.

PRIMARY AND RECOVERED WATERS
Filtration and softener systems, inverse osmosis membranes, nanofiltration, ultrafiltration, sterilizing systems, and ozone systems. Pressurization and distribution of primary waters.

WASTE WATERS
Biological, chemical-physical water treatment plants, also with flotation system (DAF Dissolved Air Flotation). Development of projects with construction works and prefabricated compacts. Lifting and sewage transport systems.

EXHAUSTS, DUST AND AIR
Treatment systems for exhaust resulting from combustion or industrial processes, using the latest technologies for filter or Scrubbertype systems. Air treatment systems for various degrees of filtration.

COMBUSTIBLE OIL EMULSION
With continuous research and the application of advanced technologies, we create systems for the stable emulsion of combustible oils with the enormous advantage of being able to burn economically profitable fuels in zones where legislative restrictions on emissions would not allow it. Notable economic benefits can be obtained and system maintenance can be reduced significantly.

Construction of customised treated softsteel and stainless steel structures and install on production machines in factories.

Once our systems have been pre-assembled, they are then disassembled and packaged accurately in conformity with standards at their destination and within the limitations imposed by the container or lorry. Stowage must be carried out carefully and with the utmost safety to guarantee the integrity of the goods during shipment and delivery.

Following start-up, it is necessary to remain available for after-sales service to carry out control and potential maintenance interventions with suitably trained internal personnel. The plants may be equipped with a remote monitoring system; in these cases an on-line service is also defined. FICIT is organised to service heating systems, tanks and pipes under pressure too, with our qualified technicians for welding and nondestructive tests.
